Job Overview:
Kanan.co is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (B2B) to expand its partner network within the study abroad industry. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with consultancies and academies across India, ensuring sustainable business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with study abroad consultancies, training institutes, and academies across India
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration
Drive business growth by onboarding new partners and expanding the company’s network
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the study abroad industry
Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and business development activities
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in the education or study abroad sector)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively across India
