Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive who will handle inbound leads and Upwork bidding. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, submitting proposals, and converting leads into business opportunities—no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to incoming leads from various platforms (website, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Actively bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Understand client requirements and draft customized proposals
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and calls (if required)
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Convert leads into successful deals and achieve targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) for project execution
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and conversions.
Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills (very important for proposal writing)
- Basic understanding of Upwork bidding & freelancing platforms
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of IT services (Digital Marketing, Web Development, etc.) is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
