Brief Job Description:
● Proactively drive FMCG sales through effective cold calling, outbound calling, and strong relationship
building.
● Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling.
● Onboard new channel partners to expand the brand presence of Kadam and Pollie in the offline
consumer market.
● Track, analyse, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales and marketing strategies
remain aligned with market trends.
● Collaborate with the social media team to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all
platforms.
● Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production) and external partners (transport, courier services) to maintain smooth sales and distribution operations.
Skills and Tools:
● 1 to 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound calling, with an industry background of Retail, E-commerce, and FMCG sector.
● Understanding of sales techniques and processes to qualify leads and move them through the sales
pipeline.
● Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with prospects and potential clients.
● Proficiency in various lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
outreach.
● Proficiency in presenting and pitching products or services to potential clients
