Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through field visits, architects, builders, and references
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders with strong follow-up and negotiation
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/production teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting discipline

1–5 years experience in sales (interiors, furniture, real estate, or related preferred)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-driven with target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle high-value client interactions
