Role Overview
JuTech PTE LTD, (Singapore) is hiring an execution-focused Business Development Executive. The primary objective is to scale our client base through aggressive outbound lead generation, ad management, and proposal development. This role requires a high-volume hunter mentality combined with the technical ability to manage digital ads and minor design adjustments.
Work Schedule & Location- Location: JuTech Chennai Office (On-site daily).
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation (Core Priority): Execute high-volume cold outreach via mass mailing, mass calling, and LinkedIn. You are responsible for the entire "top of funnel" process.
- Ad Management: Launch and optimize Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns to maintain a consistent flow of inbound inquiries.
- Proposal Engineering: Draft and finalize professional client proposals and pitch decks.
- Figma Design: Handle basic design tasks within Figma, including text editing, element placement, and layout adjustments for client presentations.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and qualify cold leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Outreach Expertise: Mastery of cold calling, mass emailing tools, and LinkedIn automation.
- Digital Marketing: Direct experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn).
- Technical Literacy: Functional proficiency in Figma. You must be comfortable moving assets and editing copy within the tool.
- Sales Writing: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly in written proposals.
- Resilience: High tolerance for cold outreach and a results-driven approach to daily volume targets.
Success Metrics- Outreach Volume: Daily/weekly targets for calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches.
- Lead Quality: Conversion rate of cold leads into qualified opportunities.
- Ad Performance: Cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead quality from paid channels.
- Operational Speed: Efficiency in moving a lead from initial contact to a finished proposal.
