Key Responsibilities;
- Prepare and track customer quotations in coordination with internal teams
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotes and maintain strong communication
- Assist in product costing and price estimation activities
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for accurate data inputs
- Support documentation and compliance requirements for IATF audits
- Maintain records of quotations, costing sheets, and audit-related documents
- Generate reports on quotation status, conversions, and pending follow-ups
- Ensure timely updates in internal systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Commerce, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, costing, or similar role
- Basic understanding of IATF standards and audit processes (preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
