Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential leads and introduce our franchise business opportunity. The role involves making inbound and outbound calls, explaining franchise benefits, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads from provided databases.
· Explain the company’s franchise model, investment, and benefits.
· Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and location.
· Schedule appointments or meetings for the Business Development Manager.
· Follow up with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
· Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM or Excel.
· Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
· Handle basic queries related to franchise investment and process.
· Maintain professional communication with prospects.
Requirements
· Any Graduate / Intermediate qualification.
· Good communication skills in English, Telugu, Hindi and local language.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
· Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support preferred.
· Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
