JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Executive will spearhead new business initiatives, identify new opportunities, manage leads, and cultivate client relationships. Responsibilities include lead generation, building effective communication strategies, and driving organizational growth through personalized business development strategies.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and converting them into sales. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to bring in new business and help grow our client base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls.
*Explain our edtech products and services to clients and understand their needs.
*Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue.
*Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
*Work with the marketing team to improve sales strategies and campaigns.
*Stay updated on industry trends and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
*Strong communication and persuasion skills.
*Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
*Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
*Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
*Good time-management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
*Familiarity with digital marketing and technology services.
*Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
