Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Research:

○ Utilize tools such as Apollo.io and other lead-gen platforms to identify and build accurate target lead lists.

○ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects, competitors, and new market segments.

○ Keep lead lists updated and refined based on research insights.

2. Email Marketing Campaigns:

○ Design, implement, and manage outbound email marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.

○ Personalize email sequences and messaging based on prospect data to increase open rates and response rates.

○ Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and response rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

3. Cold Outreach & Follow-ups:

○ Initiate and manage cold outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn, focusing on generating meaningful conversations.

○ Develop customized follow-up sequences based on prospect engagement and feedback.

4. Data & CRM Management:

○ Maintain accurate lead data, including contact details, outreach status, and engagement metrics in CRM tools.

○ Regularly update and cleanse lead databases to ensure no duplicates or outdated contacts.

5. Market Analysis & Strategy:

○ Perform competitive analysis and gather insights on market trends to inform outreach strategies.

○ Work closely with the Growth Team to brainstorm and create new messaging angles, hypotheses, and positioning for email campaigns.

6. Collaboration:

○ Work alongside marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in messaging and lead qualification criteria.

○ Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness to continually improve strategy.

7. Reporting & Analytics:

○ Prepare regular reports on the status of lead generation, email marketing efforts, and prospecting results.

○ Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, email marketing, and lead generation.

● Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and Snov.io.

● Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.

● Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and email sequences.

● Excellent research skills to identify key decision-makers and potential business opportunities.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and improve outreach performance.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
