Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Noida, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting detailed market research, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support sales and business strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and engage potential clients
Strong Presentation and Presentation Skills for clear and compelling client engagements
Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to take initiative, work in a hybrid environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client relations is advantageous but not mandatory.
