We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a background in an HR Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Contact companies and generate new recruitment clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR Consultancy is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals
