We are looking for energetic and target-driven US Sales Executives for our Dehradun office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in working with international clients, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound sales calls with US-based customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience in international sales/process preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working on night shifts.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in US Sales / International BPO / Lead Generation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
