Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects. The role involves conducting client meetings, presenting JetFire’s product portfolio, and building long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers. The individual will manage key accounts, track sales pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to support product and market strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to manage pipelines, maintain key accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tools, hardware, gardening, horticulture, or allied industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct field visits as needed, and maintain a structured approach to planning and reporting.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
