Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and connect with potential leads on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and others.
- Research emerging markets and generate new business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with qualified leads and early-stage client outreach.
Client Communication & Coordination
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and address any queries.
Proposal Assistance
- Help prepare customized proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Communicate Jawam Infotech’s services and value proposition clearly to prospective clients.
- Learn to pitch solutions with confidence under the guidance of senior team members.
💼 Sales Support
-Support in negotiation and deal closures.
-Track all client interactions and maintain CRM or sales tracking tools.
-Learn and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
📊 Market Insights
-Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and competitor activities.
-Share insights to improve lead conversion and outreach strategies.
Requirements
-0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
-Basic understanding of IT services and software development (training will be provided).
-Eagerness to learn lead generation platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
-Strong desire to build a career in business development and tech sales.
