Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Patna with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current partners. The position requires a proactive approach to market research, creating proposals, and contributing to the overall business growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of business operations and strategy development
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines effectively
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
