Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand student enrollments, cultivate institutional partnerships, and support the growth of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to generate and convert leads through both field and inside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via calls, emails, social media, and field visits
- Conduct college visits and build relationships with placement cells, HODs, and training & placement officers
- Organize seminars, workshops, and campus presentations
- Counsel prospective students and explain course offerings
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporates, and training partners
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams for campaigns and events
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1β3 years of experience in sales/business development (EdTech experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within Pune for college visits and field activities
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
