Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The selected candidate will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales for the organization. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, conducting market research, working closely with the sales team, and crafting strategies to achieve business development goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to meet goals and work independently as part of a remote team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
