Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Day-to-day tasks include:
• Reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable IT solutions
• Managing the sales pipeline and converting leads into clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts
• Ability to generate leads and handle client interactions professionally
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred but not mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
