Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – ERP

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads for the company’s ERP products by managing inbound inquiries and executing outbound prospecting. The role focuses on building a strong and consistent sales pipeline by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and supporting the sales team with high-quality opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, marketing campaigns, and partners.
• Qualify leads based on company size, industry, ERP module needs, and buying readiness.
• Conduct outbound calling and outreach to IT companies, SMEs/MSMEs, and service organizations.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other databases.
• Run follow-up and lead nurturing activities through calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain accurate lead data, notes, and call logs in CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to schedule demos and meetings.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion status.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Basic understanding of ERP / SaaS products and business workflows is a plus.
• Organized, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms preferred.
