Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client interactions through calls and messages, and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Mumbai markets, including Zaveri Bazaar.
- Build partnerships with software resellers and channel partners to generate leads.
- Develop new relationships to expand the company's client base.
- Visit existing clients across Mumbai to maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records and share weekly progress reports with founders and the team.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in selling business software / ERP solutions.
- Experience selling Tally, Marg ERP, or similar accounting/inventory software.
- Strong understanding of wholesale, retail, and trading business workflows.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales in Mumbai markets.
