What You’ll Actually Do
- Drive offline sales at events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Pitch and close partnerships with gyms, studios, and retail stores
- Convert cold conversations into paying customers
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles — outreach → pitch → close → follow-up
- Gather real customer insights and feed them back into product & marketing
- Work directly with the founder to test and scale growth ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is comfortable talking to strangers and selling in person
- High ownership, you don’t wait for instructions, you figure things out
- Strong communication + persuasion skills
- Hunger > experience (0–3 years is fine if you’re sharp)
- Ability to handle rejection without losing energy
- Street-smart, not just book-smart
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a desk job
- Not a “follow-up on leads” role
- Not for someone who wants fixed scripts and comfort
