Role Overview:
· We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
· Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
· Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of experience in business development / sales.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
· Basic understanding of the sales process and funnel.
· Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
· Target-driven and self-motivated.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
