We are hiring a Business Development Executive – International Sales for Worth Minds, which is
focusing on virtual sales and B2B client acquisition within the international magazine, media, and publication industry.
This role is perfect for freshers and early professionals who are ambitious, target-driven, and eager to gain international exposure.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
You will connect with global clients, understand their business needs, and offer suitable media and publication solutions.
From the first conversation to closing the deal, you will play a key role in driving international revenue growth.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Connect with international clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, Zoom, and virtual platforms
• Must have Generate and convert leads for magazine features, press, and media services
• Handle B2B and direct sales processes
• Build long-term relationships with global clients
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant media solutions
• Follow up consistently and close sales independently
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Confidence in speaking with international clients
• Interest in sales, media, and global business
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

• Freshers eager to start a career in international sales
• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer handling
• Graduates or final-year students with strong communication skills
