Are you passionate about technology sales and excited about helping businesses transform with innovative IT and AI solutions? We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Mumbai (Mumbai-based candidates only)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
What You'll Do
✅ Drive new business opportunities for IT services and AI-powered solutions
✅ Pitch and sell services including:
Mobile App Development
Web Application Development
Custom ERP Solutions
Salesforce Services
AI Automation Solutions
✅ Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
✅ Understand client requirements and recommend tailored technology solutions
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✅ Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery
What We're Looking For
✔️ 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales
✔️ Experience selling software development or digital transformation solutions
✔️ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technology solutions
✔️ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the tech industry
