Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haryana, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include lead generation, building and maintaining a strong client pipeline, executing strategic business initiatives, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves actively collaborating with the internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients and achieving business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Solid understanding of Business strategies, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Haryana, India
- Prior experience in renewable energy, solar, or EPC industries is a strong advantage
