Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in ERP and CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth by promoting our software solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Promote and sell ERP and CRM solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales (ERP/CRM solutions preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
