Role Description
As a Business Development Executive at Infralyn, you are the face of our expansion. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and managing key accounts. You aren't just "cold calling"—you are a Business Partner who understands industry trends and can articulate how Infralyn solves complex operational challenges. You will work in lockstep with our Technical Presales team to turn initial interest into long-term strategic accounts. The role demands a strong understanding of business operations and a proactive approach to drive success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Top Skills : Cold Calling, Lead Generation, New Customer Acquisitions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business-to-Business (B2B) Collaboration.
- Market Intelligence : Identify and research high-growth sectors and "target-rich" environments for Infralyn’s infrastructure services, Staff Augmentation, IT Sales & Client Acquisition.
- Strategic Outreach : Execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, Email, Networking) to C-level executives and IT Directors, lead with value rather than features.
- Partnership Qualification : Conduct initial discovery calls to assess client needs, budget, and strategic fit before looping in Technical Presales for deep-dives.
- Pipeline Management : Own the "Top of Funnel" activity, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities into the CRM.
- Brand Ambassadorship : Represent Infralyn at industry conferences and networking events to build a robust professional ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and nurture potential opportunities.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business strategies to maintain and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills with language English & Hindi to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet business targets in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in CRM, IT services, Procurement, Staff Augmentation or related domains is a strong advantage.
