1. About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with prior sales experience who can actively generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to business growth.
The role requires strong cold calling, lead qualification, and sales conversion abilities, along with the ability to manage client communication effectively.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate service offerings.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Maintain strong follow-up with leads and nurture them toward conversion.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams for lead management and deal closure.
- Prepare and send professional emails, proposals, and follow-up communication.
- Support presales discussions and requirement understanding when needed.
3. Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telecalling.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and sales follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
4. Performance Expectations
- Actively contribute to lead generation and new business acquisition.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track progress in CRM.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward closure.
