Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and building lasting professional relationships. Key responsibilities include lead generation, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing to client onboarding. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns for clients and meeting set business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions tailored to client marketing goals.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the campaign and influencer teams to create proposals.
- Prepare and present campaign strategies, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Track leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with social media trends, influencers, and industry developments.
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills
