Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sr. BDE

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our sales team as BDE / Sr. BDE. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be focused on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers via calls/leads and convert them into enrollments
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong customer relationships
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 6 months – 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in EdTech)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
