Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in IT services and sales. The candidate should be skilled in lead conversion, client management, and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales opportunities
- Handle end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closure
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project discussions and execution
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM updates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales process and client management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT services and solutions
- Proactive approach towards lead generation and sales conversion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and email communication is an added advantage
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in IT sales or software sales is mandatory
