Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include engaging in lead generation activities, creating proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored event solutions, and achieving sales targets through strategic business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience in Business Development and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for pitching services and collaborating with internal teams
- Strategic thinker with a client-first approach and the ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Prior experience in event management or related industries is an advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
