Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, fostering relationships with potential leads, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves strategizing and contributing to business communication by presenting effective pitches, proposals, and updates to stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams to align business development activities with organizational goals is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience with Lead Generation to develop pipelines of potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in Business operations, including strategic planning and goal achievement.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders, present pitches, and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.
