Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and effectively managing client accounts. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for building strong partnerships, presenting the organization's offerings, and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand market presence
- Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management to build and nurture client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and establish rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings as well as independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
