INDUCT HR – Talent. Found. is a growing HR consultancy focused on helping organizations build strong, scalable, and high-performing teams. We specialize in IT recruitment, contract staffing, and talent solutions for startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Location: Trivandrum
Type: Full Time/ Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients requiring IT recruitment and staffing services
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and references
- Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers
- Present company services and understand client hiring requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for recurring business
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, and business conversions
- Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market demands
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or staffing is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment processes is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Freshers with strong sales interest and confidence are also welcome to apply
- Stake holder management skills.
- Strong organizational ability
