Responsibilities:
* Contact and follow up with prospective leads and referrals.
* Counsel candidates about overseas career opportunities and company services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely follow-ups.
* Deliver effective presentations to candidates regarding our services.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and daily activities.
* Achieve assigned business development and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Overseas recruitment, immigration, or consultancy is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
