Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Central Delhi. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying potential business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client services and solutions. - Proven expertise in relationship building, client management, and networking
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and presenting proposals
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
