Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate should have strong communication skills, good negotiation ability, and a passion for building client relationships and generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Handle client calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Explain company services to clients clearly
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Handling
- Strong communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing / agency / service industry
- Immediate joiners preferred
