Impetus Career Consultants is a growing recruitment and talent consulting firm providing hiring solutions including Permanent Hiring, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), and Talent Advisory services to clients across industries.
Role: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with companies with active hiring needs
• Generate new business opportunities for recruitment and RPO services
• Client acquisition through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking and references
• Fix meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business stakeholders
• Maintain sales pipeline and conversion tracker
• Coordinate with recruitment delivery team for requirement understanding
• Work on proposals, commercials and contract discussions
• Build long-term client relationships
Required Skills:
• 1–4 years experience in Business Development (preferably from recruitment/HR consulting/staffing industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of recruitment business model is a plus
• Self-driven and target oriented
• Good LinkedIn outreach and email communication skills
