Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales closures. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking activities.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties.
* Schedule and conduct property site visits for clients.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
* Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Maintain client database and update CRM records regularly.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and closure processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
* Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
* Good presentation and client-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of the real estate market.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
* Prior experience in Real Estate Sales/Business Development will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
5 - 6 LPA
Local Travel conveyance will be provided
Requirements:
* Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for site visits.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
