Role Overview
This internship role involves driving business outreach and sales activities for IHM Connect’s ERP solutions from Hyderabad. The selected intern will engage with potential clients, support lead generation, deliver product presentations, and assist in sales conversions while gaining hands-on exposure in corporate sales, communication, and customer dealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential schools, colleges, and businesses for ERP/CRM/WhatsApp automation solutions
- Pitch IHM Connect products through presentations, demos, and in-person meetings
- Understand client pain points and align solutions accordingly
- Assist in building sales strategies and market expansion plans
- Support lead generation via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and events
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and pricing structures
- Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations
- Analyze competitor offerings and suggest positioning improvements
- Work with marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives
Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in pitching and negotiating with decision-makers
- Ability to think strategically and identify business growth opportunities
- Good understanding of sales funnels and B2B sales cycles
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, ERP, CRM, or technology solutions
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Having a degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, or related field or someone
- who is having a great interest & Experience in these fields
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development
- Experience handling B2B clients
- Understanding of consultative selling approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
