Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – Fresh & Exotic Fruits (B2B Sales)
Location: Bengaluru – Electronic City APMC Market
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary Package: ₹6–7 LPA
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in Fresh Fruits or Exotic Fruits B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening market presence in the Bangalore region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow B2B sales in the fresh and exotic fruits segment
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HoReCa clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct market research to monitor trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order execution
Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Fresh Fruits / Exotic Fruits preferred)
Strong network in APMC / wholesale market preferred
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Target-oriented with strong business acumen
Ability to work in a fast-paced market environment
