About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive - Project Delivery who can work closely with our clients to ensure smooth implementation of our solutions, train end-users, and act as a bridge between customers and the internal development team.
This role involves regular travel to client locations, understanding their requirements, coordinating project delivery, and making sure customers are happy and confident using the product.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation
Visit client locations to implement and configure the software/solution as per requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project Go-live.
Perform basic testing and validation at the client side.
Client Relationship & Support
Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers during implementation.
Understand client pain points and communicate them clearly to the development / tech team.
Ensure smooth onboarding and handholding in the initial usage phase.
User Training
Conduct product / software training sessions for end-users (onsite & online).
Prepare basic user manuals, videos, or FAQs if needed.
Collect feedback from users and suggest improvements.
Coordination with Development Team
Clearly document client requirements, changes, and issues.
Share structured feedback, feature requests, and bugs with the development team.
Follow up on open tickets and keep the client updated on status.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain visit reports, training logs, and implementation status updates.
Update CRM / project tracking tools with the latest client information.
Must Have Requirements
Education: Any Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc / BBA / others accepted).
Laptop: Candidate must have a personal laptop.
Two-Wheeler: Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory for client visits.
Good communication in English (spoken & written).
Ability to explain technical things in simple language to non-technical users.
Strong logical thinking and ability to handle on-ground issues calmly.
