Business Development Executive (BDE)
IT & Cybersecurity | Cloud | Managed Services
📍 Pune / Mumbai | Remote | Full-Time
iFalcon Consultancy Services is a fast-growing IT and cybersecurity consulting firm helping enterprises solve complex challenges through cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, compliance, and managed services.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our sales engine. Someone who understands service-based selling, speaks the language of IT decision-makers, and can build a high-quality pipeline from the ground up.
What you will do:
→ Drive outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn
→ Qualify leads using BANT and need-based frameworks
→ Identify pain points across cybersecurity, cloud, and IT infrastructure
→ Book discovery meetings for Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams
→ Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT Heads at enterprise accounts
→ Own and consistently hit monthly lead and meeting targets
Domain exposure we value (any 2–4):
• Cybersecurity — SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, DLP, Zero Trust, CASB
• Network & Infrastructure — Firewalls, SD-WAN, NAC, Wi-Fi
• Cloud & Data Centre — Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud, DR, Virtualization
• Managed Services — NOC, SOC, AMC
• Compliance & Risk — VAPT, ISO 27001, Regulatory Audits
Experience can be sales-facing, pre-sales support, or lead-generation focused.
You are a fit if you have:
→ 1–3 years in B2B IT sales, pre-sales, or lead generation
→ MBA in Marketing, Sales, IT, or Operations
→ Strong consultative communication articulating value, not just features
→ Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and CRM tools
→ A self-driven, target-oriented mindset
→ Willing to visit clients
