Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and working with cross-functional teams to customize solutions for clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and presenting proposals to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and deliver client-centric solutions
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in managing time and resources
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
