Role Description
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for software and e-commerce development services.
- Software sales across domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social selling.
- Execute email marketing and outbound email campaigns for global prospects.
- Handle inbound leads from website inquiries, contact forms, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct strategic cold outreach via calls and emails.
- Build leads through referrals, partnerships, and existing client networks.
- Participate in webinars, virtual events, industry forums, and professional networking platforms.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the technical team.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and reports using CRM tools.
- Work closely with project management and delivery teams for smooth project handover.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Skills and Requirement
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development / Software Sales / IT Services Sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, custom software development, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience in handling global clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and outbound sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and understanding business needs.
