At Ideavo, we’re building websites, internal AI systems, and custom tools for businesses. Now we’re looking for someone who can take these solutions to the market and drive real conversations.
đź’Ľ Role: Sales Development Executive (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
🎯 What You’ll Do
Reach out to potential clients daily via:
- Email
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp
- Calls
Pitch Ideavo’s services:
- Website development
- Internal AI solutions
- Custom business tools
Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain daily outreach and response tracking
- Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
📊 Targets & Expectations
- 100–150 quality reachouts per day (minimum baseline)
- 2+ booked calls per day
đź’° Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Commission: 5% on every successful client conversion
- High performers can significantly increase earnings through commissions, which can be negotiated (>4 clients you get 10% commission on each client)
đź§ Who Should Apply?
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejections
- Self-driven and disciplined
- Basic understanding of sales, startups, or tech is a plus
- Prior experience in sales/outreach is preferred (but not mandatory if you’re hungry to learn)
