Hiring: Business Development Executive (Tech Sales)
We’re a fast-growing tech agency looking for a sharp, result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships and close high-value deals. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales — from outreach and discovery calls to proposal, negotiation and deal closure.
Salary: ₹24 LPA + performance bonus (no cap)
What you’ll do:
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking & platforms
• Pitch tech services (AI, apps, websites, SaaS) to startups & businesses
• Conduct client meetings and convert opportunities into revenue
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently hit targets
What we want:
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Experience in B2B / IT / digital services sales preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented and hungry to close deals
