📌 Experience: 3 to 5 years (Pharma BD experience preferred)
📌 Location: Ahmedabad
📌 Qualification: MBA in Pharmaceutical Management or relevant pharma background
We're looking for a proactive and strategic BD professional with strong pharma industry insight who can help us scale to new heights.
🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
✅ Client Acquisition - Identify and secure new business opportunities
✅ Client Relationship Management - Build and sustain strong, long-term client connections
✅ Market Research - Track pharma market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities
✅ Sales Strategy - Support the design and execution of growth-driven BD strategies
✅ Lead Generation - Generate, evaluate, and nurture leads
✅ Target Achievement - Meet and exceed revenue and performance goals
🟠 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Business Development
✔️ Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics & products
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation and client engagement skills
✔️ Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
