Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and driving lead generation strategies. The Business Development Executive will work closely with internal teams to meet company goals and exceed performance benchmarks, while establishing a strong network of professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Business Development, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Proficient in Lead Generation and creating strategic prospecting processes
- Skilled in Business planning and analysis to achieve organization objectives
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and relationship building
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive results
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is highly beneficial
